Upon a mutually agreed rental price for your property, Access Spanish Property will promote and advertise your property on our own web sites, taking full advantage of our expertise in Search Engine Optimisation which is designed to drive large numbers of tenants to your property.
In the same way that you found us online, these days the majority of tenants rent properties through the Internet, as it is the most straightforward and hassle-free way. We also generate interest via collaborations with golf club associations and rental agents in the UK and Ireland.
We offer both short and long-term rental services for those wishing to rent their property on Costa del Sol, with high demand in the areas of Marbella, Puerto Banus, Nueva Andalucía, Calahonda, Mijas Costa, Fuengirola and Benalmadena. There is also regular demand for golf and inland rentals.
Fees for Marketing and Advertising of your Holiday Rental Accommodation
The fee structure is very simple: we charge 15% plus IVA of the rental period, regardless of the length. There is a minimum charge of € 100.00. Please note that we will grant access to the tenant at the outset of the tenancy, and collect the keys at the end. We do not provide any of our management services within this fee.

Our essential home care management services
If you own a property on the Costa del Sol and want to enjoy stress free ownership, we recommend that you take a look our essential home care management services:
- Weekly Property Inspection - when the property is unoccupied and additionally after unusual weather conditions, to ensure that;
- The electricity and plumbing are operational.
- The electrical equipment and domestic appliances are operational.
- The security services and alarm system equipment are operational.
- The swimming pool and garden are maintained (if applicable)
- All is satisfactory with your terraces, patios, and solariums.
- All post is collected and forwarded onto you.
- You are informed of any necessary repairs required to maintain your property in its current condition.
- You are provided with an immediate response to all maintenance requirements from tenants or other guests.
Tenants normally expect the following when renting a property on Costa del Sol/Golf
- An externally well-maintained property
- Good standard of decor
- Easy access to an urbanization or complex
- Close to amenities (Shops, Bars, Pharmacy etc.)

Inland tenants have similar needs in terms of the actual fabric of the property, but seek the solitude that can come from inland country (Campo) properties. As such, access to local amenities is not as important.
